beautiful.

Posted by: Pez on February 8, 2003 03:11 AM .

in the park, there used to be a post on the right-hand hill. there was an envelope nailed to the post with an address on it, but no name. it wasn't easy to read, but I did eventually figure it out (it was a PO Box in Brooklyn). I sent the person a card, telling them how mesmerizingly beautiful the park is.
the post appears to be gone now.

but have you tried the levers? how much do you think the head of god weighs?

Posted by: marijke on February 10, 2003 02:30 PM .

hey.... i beat the levers game, but can anyone PLEASE help with vector park? all i can do is get the huge pine tree to go up and go inside it, but i dunno what to do, or even if there IS anything to do. PLEASE help. thanks.

ÿ, most spammers should be blocked now, but you know how to delete comments in case they get through, right?

Posted by: D on November 6, 2003 12:22 AM .

Oh, sure. Just haven't been bothered of late.

anyone know what software powers vectorPark? is it just flash??

Posted by: andy on November 26, 2003 05:58 PM .

k, D whatev *roll eyes*

hi andy! *wink*

Posted by: lilminx on November 26, 2003 10:05 PM .

Andy: Yes, apparently it's just flash.

lilminx: it isn't nice to roll eyes at a person who's blocking someone else's spam. unless, you know, you keep winking like that.

so, the ball bit (www.vectorpark.com/ball.html), how does that work. i don't mean the logic that controls the interactive element, but the actual animation. How does that work. Is it just vectors only using vector sofware and flash, or is there some 3d stuff going on? hows it done?!!

Posted by: andy (confused) on November 30, 2003 05:01 PM .

Wish I knew, Andy. My animating friend assured my it was all done with flash - that's all I can say for sure.

Would one of you very adept puzzlers take a look at http://dejan.id.au/1spiska.swf and see if you can give me a clue. I'm completely stumped. Thanks!!

Posted by: lolosmama on January 10, 2004 10:45 PM .

OK so, I got into the tree, planted the flowers, disturbed the rabbits, made the trees move and disturbed the birds, made the tree grow from the globe (yes, down to every last leaf blowing away) did the whole giant woodpecker thing behind the mountain and popped the dude out of the spaceship style observatory. I even made the little lake bubble...is there more...please let there be more!!....

Oh, I nearly forgot has anyone tried the samorost site? totally odd and really out there!

Posted by: winkstermexx on January 11, 2004 10:04 AM .

Hey, I'm just as stumped as you are, winkstermexx. I have gotten as far as you have, but I still have no idea what to do. I actually spent at least an hour trying to figure out what to do, but now I have come under the impression that I have seen all there is to see at Vectorpark. But still, something is telling me that there's more...there just has to be! By the way, for more stuff like Vectorpark, check out Amanita Designs.com. It's a cool site!

If you have any spare time, you guys should also check out Samorost, Pantry, Polyphonic Spree: Quest for the Rest, and Rocketman VC. You can find them at www.jimmy-k.com/amanita
