In this entry, there was discussion about a rhinocerous fucking my mouth.
That same week, a guy at work (who knows nothing about this site) left a note in the edit suite that read "king blows baby rhinocerouses".
I am not making this up.

Posted by: D on Agosto 13, 2002 05:01 PM .I was on the phone with filion just now and we were talking about this Elvis thing I'm working on, and part of the script is "One for the money, Two for the Show, Three to get ready..etc..."
Anyhow, unbeknownst to her I was casually flipping through this month's People magazine, and literally as she was saying the words "two for the show", I flipped to page 73 of the mag, which is an article about a David Bowie/Moby tour.
The title of the article is Two For The Show.

He was the voice of Robin Masters.
Posted by: king on Agosto 14, 2002 03:19 AM .This is a major one for me, but maybe it won't seem that weird. I was talking with Books about this sketch we did on stage a few years ago called "The Revenge Of Titty Carmichael".
It was about a girl who poses as a guy and joins the men's high school football team. The sketch was based on those genre movies from the eighties, well, one particular female-to-male crossdressing/falling in love with same sex/opposite sex comedy, Just One Of The Guys.
Anyhow, less than two minutes later, I found it on TV.
Posted by: king on Agosto 15, 2002 11:38 AM .I met a guy at a bar the other night who bought me a shot - known as a Quick Fuck (a rather nice concoction ...). Anyway, we started talking, and it turns out he lives with someone I know. So, the next day I was talking to a girlfriend of mine, when we discovered that on the very same night that I had met that guy and had my quick fuck shot, my girlfriend met the guy he lives with and actually had a quick fuck.

I was driving along the freeway on Thursday (heading to interview someone for a radio story - and was late as usual). Just before my exit I passed a massive car accident on the other side of the freeway - another car had hit the other and the car that was hit had wrapped itself around a tree. There was 7 ambulances etc - it was huge.
Anyway, for some weird reason I thought I should call Anna (a friend of mine - who I hadn't had a chance to speak to all week). I don't know why I thought of calling her then - for a second I thought, no i'll leave it and call her later- but I called her then. Some guy answered her cell phone. He said he was an ambulance officer and that she had just been involved in a serious car crash. I said, was it on Freeway 64? He said 'yes, it was'. So I called her family and we were all at the hospital 10 minutes after the ambulance got there.
I have no idea why I felt like calling her at that moment. It was just pure instinct.
Maybe, sometimes, our instincts are powerful enough to overtake the bullshit that our conscience tries to bury them in.
